We can supply you with a local phone number or you may forward your phone to us and our professionally trained secretaries will answer your calls with your company name, answer questions about your company and transfer your callers into your private voice mail where your greeting will be heard by your callers.
We can even e-mail your voice messages to you in a WAV file, avoiding expensive toll charges!
Live answering is from 9-5, voicemail will answer after hours & weekend calls.

Voice Mail

Instead of live answering, you may choose voice mail to answer your calls and take messages. You may link multiple voice mail boxes together, i.e. “Press 1 for Ed, Press 2 for Melissa, Press 3 to listen to our monthly specials”.
