The latest video conferencing equipment is available on site. Our staff is trained to assist in the technical aspects of each session. Conference rooms can be equipped with LCD projector and laptop computer to facilitate presentations. In addition, all conference rooms have white boards, flip charts, easels, view graphs, and other audio visual aids.

Our video conference equipment is a state of the art Polycom System with Plasma TV's. Available at both our 2 Penn Plaza and 521 Fifth Avenue locations, connections are accessible through either internet or ISDN connection.
Business Hour Availability
Many companies today are finding it as satisfactory to interview candidates via video conference versus personal visits. Others hold sales and marketing strategy sessions economically via video conferencing. The cost, inconvenience and lost time required for travel can be avoided using video conferencing.
